Short track systems are used for circle tracks;  Non International Speedways, and tracks such as:  New Smyrna Speedway, Volusia Speedway, and all other small and local tracks.  This system is different than long track systems because it does not include an exterior car antenna, and because at a smaller track there is no need for a longer distance communication. 
This system includes the following parts:
2 Motorola Mototurbo R2 Digital 64ch radios, with chargers and Li-ion batteries
1 SCC-101 behind-the-head headset

1 Motorola Comcord
1 helmet kit with RTM noise canceling microphone, available in IMSA or NASCAR

1 Double shielded car harness, available in IMSA or NASCAR
